Ballarat’s Real Estate Home Loans (REHL) is delighted to announce the appointment of Grant Newell to the team. Grant comes to the team as a passionate customer service advocate and Mortgage Professional.

Since his first job at age 15, Grant has always worked in customer focused roles that place the utmost importance on the client/customer experience.

Over the course of his early career he really began to realise his passion for solving problems and helping people.

Grant has since had a number of roles that have seen him develop his passion through working with businesses to improve and streamline their processes and workflows, through the use of technology and ideas.

After spending some time analysing and assessing the key elements of his work that he loved the most – namely customer service, problem solving and efficiency solutions – Grant decided to pursue a qualification in finance and mortgage broking.

Grant holds a Certificate III in Business Management, a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is an Associate Member of FBAA. He is married and has 3 busy, gorgeous kids – Jed (10), Marnie (5) and Connor (3). He loves his AFL and the Collingwood Football Club and a good game of social soccer.
